RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Financial Analyst to partner with Program Management and functional leads to execute Earned Value programs, support weapon system integration, and provide financial oversight for program missions.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, US citizenship, and strong data interpretation and communication skills. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience handling large data sets and interpreting financial data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet critical deadlines through prioritization of concurrent requirements.
• Initiative to identify process improvements and drive efficiency.
• Independent self-starter able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Experience with financial planning and key metrics (Bookings, Sales, Earnings & Cash).
• Experience with EVMS implementation and cost/schedule reporting.
• Experience with Program Management (PMX) Tool Suite.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Program Management and Functional Leads to successfully execute contractual Earned Value programs.
• Support weapon system integration, software development, platform integration, infrastructure maintenance, and flight test support.
• Provide financial oversight and guidance for program missions, utilizing cost and schedule management, forecasting, and communication skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align functional and programmatic objectives.
• Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) to develop and deliver reports.
