Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced Senior Program Controller to lead a team of 6+ analysts and collaborate with finance and program management to drive precise forecasts and winning proposals.

You will own monthly forecasts, AOP and LRP, implement EVMS practices, and ensure compliance with IPMDAR and CSDR. U.S. citizenship and active clearance are required. This is an onsite role in Tucson.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years experience, or Advanced degree with 5+ years experience.
• Experience in Financial Planning and Program Controls.
• Active U.S. government security clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide key recommendations to senior team members based on analysis.
• Implement and maintain EVMS and RMD practices to meet customer requirements with limited access tools.
• Develop monthly forecasts, AOP & LRP with partners using financial tools (RPlan, SAP, BW, Excel).
• Meet internal and external deliveries with flawless work product and deliver predictable forecasts and briefings.
• Serve as Finance lead for proposals, gate reviews, and strategic discussions to optimize profitability.
• Evaluate and improve internal controls, tools and processes.
• Lead and develop a team of 6+ program control analysts.
