Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Controls professional to lead forecasting, cost and schedule analysis, and funding planning for defense programs in a high-impact environment. You will develop Estimates at Completion (EACs) and support program reviews with robust financial reporting and Earned Value Management processes.

Ideal candidates bring strong experience in cross-functional collaboration, SAP familiarity, and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; 5+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 4+ years.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain) in program development and execution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance before start (Day 1).
• U.S. citizenship is required to be eligible for the security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform forecasting, risk identification, and financial planning activities.
• Perform cost and schedule analysis.
• Coordinate the development of quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs).
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to Program Teams and Leads.
• Prepare financial charts for Program Management Reviews, monthly operating reviews, and other required reporting.
• Perform cost, schedule, financial analysis and reporting, and funding planning activities using standard company tools and processes.
• Implement and maintain Earned Value Management (EVM) processes.
• Support the development and delivery of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
• Establish and maintain program logs, including Work Authorization, Contract Modification Logs, and Risks & Opportunities (R&Os).
