Job summary

RTX is seeking a Principal Specialist, Program Cost Controls (P3) for Tucson, AZ. You will support a portfolio of development programs, handling forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis with SAP APEX/PRISM and EV tooling.

Role requires a finance-related degree and multiple years of experience, with DoD clearance and U.S. citizenship. Onsite work in Tucson is required with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; or 3 years with an advanced degree.
• Experience interpreting and analyzing large financial data sets.
• Experience preparing financial briefings for management and peers.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly and quarterly contract deliverables and reporting requirements.
• Prepare monthly financial forecasts for the assigned portfolio.
• Analyze program financial data to support cost collection and forecasting.
• Review financial information with Program Leadership and Finance for compliance.
• Prepare management briefings using financial and program data.
• Use SAP APEX, PRISM, and earned value tools to support reporting and analysis.
