Job summary

RTX is seeking a Principal Specialist in Program Cost Controls for the OSQ Finance team in the United States. The role focuses on overseeing supply chain financials, cost controls, and EAC development to support MPMs and Operations Managers.

The candidate should have strong MS Office skills, experience with cross-functional teams, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Onsite in McKinney, TX with relocation benefits available.

Qualifications

• University degree or advanced degree required; experience may substitute.
• Experience with multiple functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain) in program development.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, risk identification, and financial planning with sound judgment.
• Perform cost and schedule analysis to support program decisions.
• Coordinate development of quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC).
• Provide financial guidance and solutions to Program Team and Leads.
• Prepare finance charts for PMRs, financial overviews, and reporting activities.
• Support Earned Value Management implementation and maintenance.
