Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, is seeking a Program Cost Control EBA (P3) to support EVMS inputs, cost/schedule analysis, and BCRs. The role collaborates with Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and Program leads to drive predictable results and manage cost performance.

The candidate will create EACs/LREs, develop IMS/PMX reporting, and perform variance analyses while operating in a hybrid work environment within the United States.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of relevant work.
• Advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience using SAP and/or APEX or similar financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Create Estimates at Complete (EACs) quarterly and Latest Revised Estimates (LRE) monthly.
• Perform detailed EV and financial analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
• Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts.
