Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Program Cost Controls Engineering Business Analyst (EBA - P3) in a hybrid role. You will support Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and Program leads with EVMS inputs, reporting, and cost scheduling, using APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX tools.

The role emphasizes cost control, schedule, and meaningful analysis to drive predictable results. Requires a University Degree with 5+ years or an advanced degree with 3+ years and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of relevant work, or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office tool suite.

Responsibilities

• Support Estimates at Complete (EACs) and Latest Revised Estimates (LRE) for program budgeting.
• Perform detailed EV and financial analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
• Prepare forecasts, monitor costs, and document variances against plans.
