Job summary

RTX is seeking an OSC, Principal Program Cost Controls Finance Analyst (P3) to join the RFS team in a hybrid U.S. role based in McKinney, Texas.

The role focuses on cost analysis, EACs, EVMS, and weekly/monthly financial reporting to support program execution. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of relevant cost control experience, proficiency with SAP/PRISM and advanced Excel, and demonstrated ability to partner with Contracts, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of relevant work, or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, or similar systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly Earned Value reporting and data analysis.
• Handle labor tracking, cost transfers, and MRP resource planning updates.
• Build business relationships and trust with stakeholders across functions.
