Raytheon is seeking a Program Cost Control EBA (Grade P3) to support EVMS inputs, budgeting, and EAC/LRE development. The successful candidate will collaborate with Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and Program leads to drive cost and schedule accuracy.

The role focuses on driving cost control and schedule using APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX reporting tools, requiring self-sufficiency and teamwork to meet program commitments and deliverables.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent; 5+ years relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP and/or APEX or similar financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Support EVMS process inputs and EAC/LRE development.
• Perform detailed EV and financial analysis to budget baselines.
• Prepare forecasts and document variances to plans.
