Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Cost Control Analyst – Level 2 for Redondo Beach, CA, to support budget baselines, cost/schedule integration, and EVM activities on a large program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 0 years of professional experience
• Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
• No clearance required to start
• Experience with financial analysis or reporting
• Experience with MS Office Suite
• Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
• Experience with Cobra or SAP S/4 Hana

Responsibilities

• Perform as the System Administrator on a large Level 1 earned value program
• Act as the primary integration liaison between Cost Management, Scheduling, Earned Value, and enterprise tool development teams, coordinating cross-functional resolution of system issues and ensuring alignment of data reporting processes across program control systems
• Set up cost control system, monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system
• Support audits and reviews requested by customers and company management
• Perform analysis and prepare reports to ensure contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines
• Perform Earned Value Metric (EVM) tasks including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis/ assessment and visibility reports, development and analysis of estimates to complete
• Other duties as assigned
