Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a finance/business degree with 5+ years of related experience or a master’s with 3+ years, and is proficient in MS Office, EVMS, and ERP tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with earned value management and cost control in government contracting.
• Strong financial analysis skills and proficiency with Excel.
• Ability to communicate professionally with program teams and customers.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and project management tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with control account managers to coordinate work package actions and variance analysis.
• Perform EVMS tasks including labor headcount actuals vs plan and PMB; develop ETC and BCWP backups.
• Prepare change requests and quantify backup data; support corrective actions and process improvements.
• Develop risk and opportunity analyses and visibility reports for program management.
• Integrate with S/4 ERP and Pace software; support audits and IPT reviews.
