Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Cost Control Analyst – Level 2 at the Redondo Beach, CA facility to support manufacturing labor and material cost management on a restricted program.

You will collaborate with PCAs, CAMs, and IPTs, performing EVMS activities, budget communications, and data backup for cost performance. The role requires a TS clearance and a track record in cost control, MES, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience in accounting, financial analysis or reporting.
• Experience with MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Active Top-Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Work with PCAs, Scheduling, CAMs, Manufacturing, and Global Supply Chain to execute the business rhythm of operations.
• Perform Earned Value Management tasks including labor headcount actuals vs. plan, PMB, CRs, and ETC data.
• Utilize S/4 ERP views, dashboards and PACE Software for analysis.
• Support Integrated Product Team meetings and reviews.
