Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Program Control Analyst (Level 2) to join a fast-paced IPT team on-site in Melbourne, Layton, or Palmdale. You will perform Earned Value management tasks, build budget baselines, and provide cost performance reporting to support multiple contracts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of related experience (or a Master’s), and an active U.S. government Secret Clearance. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP/Deltek tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience or Master’s degree.
• U.S. Government Secret Clearance or higher (active or recent) is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Program Access per company policy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and administrative support and analysis to meet program requirements.
• Develop and maintain budget baselines and cost/schedule integration.
• Prepare budgets and ETC/EAC; perform financial performance analyses.
• Support submittal of monthly government reports and variance analysis.
