Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Redondo Beach, CA seeks a Program Control Analyst (Level 2) to provide financial and administrative support for programs. The role interfaces with program managers, functional management, and CAMs, applying EVMS concepts to multiple contracts within an IPT.

On-site work is required daily in Redondo Beach, CA, with potential for overtime and discretionary bonuses. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in financial analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years experience in financial analysis, business management, education, communications or industry related fields
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related fields

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and administrative support and analysis to meet program requirements.
• Interface with program managers, functional management, and cost account managers (CAMs).
• Support Earned Value Management concepts and prepare government cost performance reports.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and ETC/EAC; perform variance analysis and support reporting.
• Utilize tools such as Deltec Cobra, S4 SAP, OLAP, wInsight, MS Excel/Project/PowerPoint.
