Job summary

Northrop Grumman in San Diego, CA, is seeking a Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 2) to join a fast-paced IPT environment. The role focuses on financial analysis, Earned Value, and cost performance reporting, with on-site work in Rancho Bernardo on a hybrid telework schedule.

You will collaborate with program managers, CAMs, and management to ensure budgets, baselines, and reports meet contract requirements, while exploring improvements and maintaining government cost reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in business administration, finance, accounting, financial analysis or related field; Master’s degree accepted.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret Clearance within a reasonable time.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Interface with program managers, functional management, and CAMs to provide financial and administrative support.
• Perform EVMS-related tasks including cost performance reporting and variance analysis.
• Develop budget baselines, ETC/EAC, and support monthly reporting and government deliverables.
• Proactively identify issues and propose process improvements.
