Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and
• Three years of professional experience administering or implementing community-wide or housing programs
• Knowledge of rent stabilization regulations is desirable

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rental registration process and monitor compliance with rent stabilization regulations.
• Assist with direct client support provided by Rental Registry staff.
• Generate reports and analyze data to inform policy decisions and enforcement actions.
• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and evaluate Rental Registry activities.
• Develop procedures, instruction materials, and public participation strategies.
• Maintain knowledge of laws and disseminate information to staff.
