Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Parks and Recreation Administration, Senior Adult Services, Gerontology, or closely related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of related experience; combination of related experience and education may be considered.
• Valid Texas driver's license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead daily recreational activities, field trips, and special events for seniors.
• Assist with marketing and outreach, including creating flyers, calendars, and newsletters.
• Build and maintain partnerships with sponsors and community organizations.
