Job summary

Brown University is seeking a Program Coordinator to provide high-level administrative, logistical, and operational support for the Brown Biomedical Innovations to Impact (BBII) program.

You will coordinate RFPs, support the review cycle, and serve as the operational point of contact for Innovation Fellows and Entrepreneurs in Residence, while tracking program metrics and managing event logistics for workshops and pitch events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 1-2 years’ program management and/or administrative experience.
• Experience working in a university office, an academic medical center research environment, a startup accelerator or a non-profit is highly advantageous.
• And/or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the request for proposals (RFP) and review cycle for BBII innovation grants.
• Serve as the operational point of contact for Innovation Fellows and Entrepreneurs in Residence (EIRs).
• Track program metrics and manage event logistics for workshops, external review committee meetings, and pitch events.
• Provide general administrative support and handle shifting priorities with professionalism.
• Interact with faculty, clinicians, biotech industry experts, and advisors.
