Formación

• Bachelor's degree or related field.
• Experience coordinating programs or student services.
• Knowledge of ADA policies and accessibility guidelines.
• Ability to supervise student staff and coordinate trainings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with faculty and campus partners.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of tutoring and peer academic support services.
• Recruit, train, and supervise peer educators and staff.
• Coordinate outreach to faculty and course partnerships to integrate support services.
• Advise on and coordinate accommodations and accessibility services.
• Monitor program effectiveness and prepare reports.
