Job summary

Haworth, the largest global contract furniture dealer, is seeking a Full-time Project Coordinator focused on finance to join our Redmond office. You will act as the central point of contact for clients, coordinating workflow across design, sales, project management, installation and accounting.

You will monitor project profitability through invoicing, assist with client proposals, gather labor quotes, and handle purchase orders.

Qualifications

• Strong communication across verbal, written and listening.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in work.

• Experience with invoicing and project financials.
• Comfortable with vendor/customer discounting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow across Design, Sales, Project Management, Installation and Accounting.
• Serve as main contact for clients on orders, invoices and lead times.
• Support in preparing client proposals and presentations.
• Monitor project profitability through invoicing and cost control.
• Provide back-up support for Sales and Project Managers.
• Maintain knowledge of procurement and product specs where possible.
