Job summary

Furniture Marketing Group, Haworth’s largest global contract furniture dealer, is seeking a Project Manager in the Dallas/Plano area to support sales with technical design and project coordination.

You will maintain communications with clients and suppliers, review scopes with architects, manage orders and installation, and ensure projects meet timelines and budgets.

Bachelor’s degree and strong Microsoft Office skills required; experience with project specs (Khameleon & Haworth) preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in project coordination or management preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project communication with management, clients, and suppliers.
• Review project scopes with clients and architects; develop furniture proposals.
• Manage orders, lead times, and installation scheduling with suppliers.
• Track progress and report delays or changes to clients.
• Close projects with punch lists and post-installation follow-ups.
• Ensure timely invoicing and payment terms compliance.
