Furniture Marketing Group seeks a Project Coordinator with a financial focus in the Redmond, WA area. This full-time role coordinates interdepartmental workflow, maintains client communications for reorders and invoicing, and supports project profitability from quotes to delivery.

You will collaborate with Design, Sales, Project Management, Installation, and Accounting to ensure timely shipping, accurate invoicing, and responsive client service while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Act as the coordination hub for workflow and communication across departments.
• Be the primary point of contact for customers on reorders, service questions, and lead times.
• Monitor project profitability from invoicing through to completion.
• Obtain labor quotes and track purchase orders and invoicing with Account Managers and clients.
• Research original orders and assist with invoice clarification and supporting documentation.
• Provide back-up support for Sales and Project Managers.
