Job summary

PeopleSpace - A Best In Class Haworth Partner in Kent, WA is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage daily installation projects and coordinate with dealers and clients for scheduling and invoicing readiness. The role is non-exempt and hourly.

You will prepare paperwork for warehouse and crew, verify packing lists, track products, and ensure timely post-install reports to dealers or customers. Collaboration with QA for repairs and maintaining inventory is expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of contract furniture processes.
• Experience with order entry and project management.
• Experience in warehousing, delivery and installation.
• Strong interpersonal communication across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of installation projects.
• Prepare installation paperwork for warehouse and crew.
• Cross-check packing lists and bill of ladings to Delivery Tickets.
• Coordinate with dealer to locate and track products.
• Schedule jobs with Scheduler and dealer/clients.
• Create and manage job folders from start to invoicing.
• Send post-install reports to dealer or customer after completion.
• Coordinate repairs or site issues with QA team.
• Coordinate outbound shipments and Will Calls.
• Maintain inventory and demo products.
