Job summary

Haworth, the largest global contract furniture dealer, is seeking a Full-time Project Coordinator focused on finance to join our Redmond office. You will act as the central point of contact for clients, coordinating workflow across design, sales, project management, installation and accounting.

You will monitor project profitability through invoicing, assist with client proposals, gather labor quotes, and handle purchase orders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Project Coordinator with Financial Focus_____________________________________________________________________Full time Project Coordinator position available with Haworth’s largest, global contract furniture dealer. Established in 1981, we are a 2nd generation, family-owned company looking for the ideal candidate to join our team.Project Coordinators act as “Command Central” for team and other departments in the coordination and assignment of workflow and communication. The Coordinator typically becomes the customer’s main point of contact, working directly with the customer on reorders, service work, questions/issues regarding lead times and ship dates. The Coordinator takes ownership and accountability for the process and works closely with all departments (Design, Sales, Project Management, Installation and Accounting).
