The ideal candidate has 5 years of restaurant/retail management, a proven track record in people development and P&L improvements, and excellent communication. You will champion Taco Bell culture and mentor managers, supervisors, and team members.

Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Develop a comprehensive training plan and mentor managers and trainers.
• Recognize and reward outstanding performance; foster equity and belonging.
• Address and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Strategically schedule staff and lead product rollout meetings.
• Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and maximize profitability.
• Stay informed about competitors and enhance digital presence and loyalty programs.
