PIM Brands, Inc. is seeking a Mogul Lead, Cross Shift Floater to support production and packaging operations at our Somerset, New Jersey site. The role oversees material flow, assists with startups and line changes, and ensures safe, efficient operation across 1st–3rd shifts.

The position requires forklift experience, strong safety and inventory controls, and collaboration with Cooks, Mogul Operators, Technicians, and warehouse teams. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in manufacturing, warehouse, or food production.
• Forklift or powered equipment experience required.
• Ability to obtain/maintain equipment certification.
• Knowledge of material handling, inventory control, and safety practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• English proficiency in reading/writing/speaking.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Move materials, ingredients, packaging, and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Stage and replenish materials to support production.
• Remove waste, empty pallets, and finished products.
• Support line startups, changeovers, and shutdowns.
