Job summary

PIM Brands, Inc. in Somerset, New Jersey, is seeking a Mogul Lead for the 3rd shift to guide the Processing and Mogul manufacturing areas. You will oversee daily production activities from kitchen through shakeout, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time output.

As the first level of leadership, you will coach team members, enforce standard work, coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, food production, or related setting.
• Experience leading or coordinating high-volume production operations.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety practices, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure SOPs and work instructions are followed and production standards met.
• Lead daily production activities across processing functions.
• Coach and develop team members and promote operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Planning to meet objectives.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and capex/opex optimization.
• Maintain safety, food safety, and quality as top priorities.
