Job summary

PIM Brands, Inc. in Somerset, New Jersey is seeking a Mogul Lead Floater for 1st shift (Friday through Tuesday) to support the Production/Packaging department.

The role focuses on ensuring steady flow of materials, coordinating line startups, and aiding efficiency in a high-speed confectionery manufacturing environment. You will operate forklifts, stage materials, verify lots and maintain inventory accuracy, with a emphasis on safety, GMP, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or food production preferred.
• Experience with forklift or powered industrial equipment required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain equipment certification.

Responsibilities

• Move materials, ingredients, packaging, and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Stage and replenish materials to support production.
• Remove waste, empty pallets, and finished products.
• Support line startups, changeovers, and shutdowns.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Verify lot numbers and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory transactions.
• Follow safety, GMP, HACCP, SQF, and food safety requirements.
