Job summary

PIM Brands, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Mogul Lead for the 1st shift (Wed-Sun) at our Somerset, New Jersey site. You will lead the processing and mogul operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive safe, compliant daily production across all stages from Kitchen to Shakeout.

You will establish daily performance expectations, coach staff, and promote continuous improvement and operational excellence while ensuring production plans align with quality standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience leading or coordinating high-volume production operations.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety practices, quality standards, and process controls.
• Proven ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities across Processing and Mogul areas from Kitchen through Shakeout.
• Provide direct floor leadership, coordinate operations, and oversee performance for all processing functions.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution of production plans with focus on safety, food safety, quality and productivity.
• Coach and develop team members; reinforce standard work and accountability.
• Collaborate with Operations Leadership, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Sanitation, Warehouse, Planning, and CI teams to meet objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, and equipment reliability.
