Job summary

PIM Brands, Inc. is seeking a Mogul Lead, Cross Shift Floater, for the Somerset, New Jersey facility. The role supports high-volume manufacturing with emphasis on material flow, inventory accuracy, and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities include moving materials, operating forklifts, and collaborating with cooks, mogul operators, technicians, and leadership to maintain continuous production. On-site work in a fast-paced environment is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, material handling or food production experience preferred.
• Previous forklift or powered industrial equipment experience required.
• English proficiency required for reading, writing and speaking workplace communications.
• Ability to obtain and maintain equipment certification.

Responsibilities

• Move and stage materials, ingredients, packaging, and finished goods.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely; perform pre-shift inspections.
• Verify lot numbers and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow GMP/HACCP/food safety requirements and wear PPE.
• Support production goals and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
