Job summary

PIM Brands, Inc. in Somerset, New Jersey is seeking a Packaging Floater (PIM – Level 3) to provide cross-coverage across multiple packaging lines on the night shift (Wed–Sun).

The role includes serving as the Line Lead when assigned, coordinating line activities, monitoring performance, and ensuring safety, GMP compliance, and quality throughout the shift. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• English proficiency required to understand work instructions, safety requirements, quality documents, and supervisor directions.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support by filling open operator positions and operating packaging equipment.
• Act as Tishma Line Lead when assigned, coordinating line activities and staffing, and communicating with departments.
• Ensure GMP, safety requirements, and quality procedures are followed; complete production documentation accurately.
• Assist with training new operators and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain flexible coverage across packaging lines to support safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production.
