PIM Brands is seeking a Packaging Lead Floater for 1st shift at our Somerset, New Jersey site. You will provide operational support across multiple packaging lines, fill line vacancies, and mentor junior operators while maintaining GMP and safety standards.

This on-site role reports to the Team Leader, Packaging and requires flexibility across shifts. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, basic math, ability to follow SOPs and work instructions, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• English proficiency required to understand work instructions, safety requirements, quality documents and supervisor directions.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and dependability.

Responsabilités

• Fill open operator positions as needed.
• Operate packaging equipment and support daily production goals.
• Assist with startups, changeovers, shutdowns, and troubleshooting.
• Communicate production or equipment issues promptly.
• Coordinate line activities and staffing when assigned as Line Lead.
• Monitor performance and workflow; ensure safety, GMP, and operating procedures.
