PIM Brands in Somerset, New Jersey is seeking a Mogul Lead Floater for the 2nd shift (Tuesday–Saturday) to support fast-paced confectionery production. The role emphasizes moving materials, staging, and keeping lines supplied to maximize uptime.

You will collaborate with Cooks, Mogul Operators, Technicians, and Warehouse teams, requiring forklift experience, a high school diploma and 2+ years in manufacturing. Safety and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, material handling, or food production experience preferred.
• Previous forklift or powered industrial equipment experience required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain equipment certification.
• English proficiency for workplace communications.

Responsabilités

• Move materials, ingredients, packaging, and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Stage and replenish materials to support production.
• Remove waste, empty pallets, and finished products.
• Support line startups, changeovers, and shutdowns.
