Job summary

PIM Brands LLC is seeking a Packaging Lead Floater for the 3rd shift (Wednesday–Sunday) at our Somerset, New Jersey facility. The role provides cross-line support, staffing coverage, and leadership for packaging operations to ensure continuous, safe production.

The position requires experience in manufacturing/production, the ability to follow SOPs, and strong teamwork. On-site work with competitive benefits is offered at PIM Brands LLC.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• English proficiency required to understand work instructions and safety requirements.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work instructions.
• Reliable attendance and dependability.
• Able to work on-site in Somerset, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support by filling open operator positions and staffing gaps.
• Operate packaging equipment and assist with daily production goals.
• Assist with startups, changeovers, shutdowns, and troubleshooting; communicate issues promptly.
• Coordinate line activities and staffing; monitor performance and workflow.
• Cross-train across multiple packaging positions and assist with training new operators.
• Maintain safety, GMP compliance, and accurate documentation.
