Job summary

PIM Brands LLC is seeking a Packaging Lead Floater for the 1st shift (Wednesday through Sunday) at our Somerset, New Jersey location. The role supports multiple packaging lines, fills line vacancies, and ensures production continuity and quality.

Reports to the Team Leader, Packaging, and requires adaptability across packaging positions. Roles include coordinating line activities, leading during shifts, and maintaining GMP, safety, and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English to understand work instructions and safety requirements.
• Ability to communicate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Fill open operator positions as needed and support multiple packaging lines.
• Operate packaging equipment and assist with startups, changeovers, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor line performance, document activities, and ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Coordinate line activities with supervision and other teams to maintain production goals.
