Qualifications

• Strong communication, public speaking, and organizational skills.
• Experience with LMS and training systems.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Train team members to perform tasks with precision and safety.
• Develop and maintain training materials and records.
• Train newly hired employees and retrain others as needed.
• Collaborate with production and engineers to update content.
• Create and run training reports and track progress.
• Adhere to TWI methodology and Train the trainer program.
• Maintain training equipment safety for instructional use.
• Analyze processes to identify training needs and gaps.
