Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in training in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and LMS/training systems.

Responsibilities

• Train team members on standards to meet quality and safety.
• Conduct in-class and on-the-job training for new and existing employees.
• Develop and update training materials and records.
• Work with operations to maintain current line knowledge and improve processes.
• Provide training reports and monitor progress against goals.
