Job summary

WESTROCK COFFEE is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to set up, adjust, operate and maintain automated production equipment in a modern food facility in Conway, AR. You will coordinate the maintenance department's daily activities and supervise technicians while ensuring safety, quality and productivity.

Responsibilities include planning work orders, training staff, and cross-training across shifts to ensure robust coverage. Proficiency with PLCs, schematics, and welding is essential.

Qualifications

• Technical College/PLC certification or higher required.
• 5+ years in a CPG environment with high-speed liquid filling experience.
• Experience with process equipment including retorts and fillers.
• Welding certification required; ability to read prints and schematics.
• Ability to lead, train, and document maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and prioritize planned work orders and daily issues.
• Record activities and report to maintenance supervisor; participate in handoff.
• Provide direction and training to technicians.
• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain plant machinery and equipment.
• Repair or replace control devices and roaster components as needed.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve plant problems.
• Develop SOPs and duty cycles for repairs and maintenance.
• Follow safety, BRC, health and environmental programs.
