Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train team members on standards so tasks meet quality and safety protocols.
• Help conduct and oversee training of newly hired employees.
• Update retraining and Skills Matrices; maintain databases.
• Work with automation, engineers, and supervisors to stay current on lines.
• Develop content for existing and new programs; ensure practicality and interactivity.
• Maintain training Matrix database.
• Research and resolve training technique issues.
• Drive training initiatives independently or with a team.
• Analyze processes and data to determine training needs and develop materials.
• Provide training reports and track progress of projects.
• Adhere to Train the Trainer program and TWI methodology.
• Foster a culture of Continuous Improvement.
• Develop and monitor trainees during practical exercises; provide feedback.
• Collaborate with production supervisors to address skill gaps.
• Maintain training equipment and ensure safe operation for instruction.
