Job summary

• Data collection for daily shift reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily team meetings with Operators and Single Serve Team Members.
• Collect data for Single Serve shift reporting at the beginning and end of every shift.
• Ensure Machines are running at peak performance during shift and effectively reporting issues to Supervisor and Maintenance Technicians.
• Ensure all recorded information of downtime and machinery adjustments are turned in to Supervisor and shared with Maintenance Technicians.
• Responsible for continuing education on all pieces of equipment when opportunities present themselves.
• Assist with breaks and lunches to ensure machines are running at peak performance for the full production shift.
• Ensure full communication with Material Handlers to have proper raw materials at each machine and removal of non-used materials away from the machines.
• If Supervisor is away or on vacation this role becomes the Leader of the shift to ensure that all operations run smoothly.
