Westrock Coffee Company in Conway, AR seeks a shift lead to manage daily team meetings, collect shift data, and keep machines running at peak performance. You will report downtime and adjustments to Supervisors and Maintenance Technicians while guiding the shift in the absence of the Supervisor.

The role emphasizes education on equipment, break/meal coverage, and close coordination with Material Handlers to ensure material availability and cleanup of unused materials.

• Excellent attention to detail in shift operations.
• Strong communication to coordinate with Operators and Supervisors.
• Willingness to train and expand knowledge of machine operations.
• Ability to improve production equipment efficiency and reduce waste.
• Experience in giving constructive feedback to peers.
• Data collection for daily shift reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct daily team meetings with Operators and Single Serve Team Members.
• Collect data for Single Serve shift reporting at the beginning and end of every shift.
• Ensure Machines are running at peak performance during shift and effectively reporting issues to Supervisor and Maintenance Technicians.
• Ensure all recorded information of downtime and machinery adjustments are turned in to Supervisor and shared with Maintenance Technicians.
• Responsible for continuing education on all pieces of equipment when opportunities present themselves.
• Assist with breaks and lunches to ensure machines are running at peak performance for the full production shift.
• Ensure full communication with Material Handlers to have proper raw materials at each machine and removal of non-used materials away from the machines.
• If Supervisor is away or on vacation this role becomes the Leader of the shift to ensure that all operations run smoothly.
