Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on KM Production, Color production, MFP equipment, and printers (KM and non-KM).
• Install/de-install equipment, troubleshoot networking on Windows/Mac, load drivers, and update firmware.
• Travel locally to customer sites and manage territory workload with strong customer communication.
• Provide sales support and service leads as needed.
• Complete weekly timesheets and expense reports.
