Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Production Systems Specialist to perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on KM production and color production systems, MFPs, and compatible printers.

You will install, configure networking, load drivers, and upgrade firmware while ensuring high customer satisfaction across local sites. The role requires 2–3 years of technical repair experience, a High School diploma or GED, and N+ or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

2–3 years of technical/repair experience on business equipment.
High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred.
Certified on N+ or equivalent; additional IT certifications a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel locally and outside area occasionally.

Responsibilities

Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on KM production, color production, MFPs and printers.
Configure networking issues (Printing and Scanning), load print drivers, clone files and upgrade firmware.
Travel locally to customer sites and communicate with management on issues.
Maintain accurate inventory and train customers on basic printing/scanning functions.
