Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Production Systems Professional to perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on KM production equipment and printers. The role includes installing, configuring, and upgrading firmware, plus troubleshooting networking issues on Windows and Mac.

You will travel locally to customer sites, manage a territory, train customers, and provide remote support as needed. Strong time management and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 4+ years in technical repair of business equipment.
• N+ or equivalent certification; additional IT certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and customer call assistance on assigned products (KM Production, Color production, MFP equipment and printers & non-KM printers HP, Lexmark, etc.).
• Install/ de-install equipment, configure and troubleshoot networking issues (Printing and Scanning) on Windows/MAC OS, load print drivers, clone files, transfer address books, and perform firmware upgrades.
• Travel locally to customer sites daily; manage territory workload and maintain high customer communication and satisfaction; train customers on basic printing, scanning, copying functions.
