Responsibilities

• Configure standard project software and imaging settings.
• Monitor and report on batch workflow and automated processes.
• Monitor and report on in-house hardware (workstations and scanners) and troubleshoot as needed.
• Manage uploads and customer ingestion.
• Escalate issues to appropriate parties and notify the Processing Center Manager as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
