Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Production Systems Specialist to inspect, diagnose, install, and repair production print products while building trusted relationships with customers and supporting service excellence.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, travel to customer sites, and timely log updates. You will collaborate with the account team to resolve issues and may be on-call after hours. Sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing/repairing office equipment, production printers preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Reliable transportation to drive to customer sites daily.
• Exposure to IT Networks or A+/N+ Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on Konica Minolta production print products, including diagnostics, break/fix, installation, and troubleshoot connectivity.
• Use and maintain tools and gauges to repair and diagnose production machinery.
• Drive to customer sites within assigned territory, track inventory, and inform customers on scheduling.
• Represent Konica Minolta professionally and develop customer relationships with high satisfaction.
• Demonstrate progress in technical abilities, troubleshooting techniques and productivity.
• Log service visits and document updates for each client account.
• Collaborate with Account Management and other technicians to resolve issues and expand market share.
• May be required to be available after hours on an on-call basis.
