Job summary

• Familiar with ITIL-based change management and post-change validation.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 production support for Security Operations Centers applications.
• Execute end-to-end incident and service delivery workflows with runbook mitigations.
• Perform RCA and implement CAPAs to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate change records, validation, rollback procedures, and post-change verification.
