Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of troubleshooting and debugging across Linux, Solaris and AIX.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 production support for Security Operations Centers apps.
• Manage incident and service request workflows with ITIL controls.
• Perform RCA and implement CAPA to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate change records, validation, rollback procedures and post-change checks.
• Run health checks post deployment and support disaster recovery testing.
