Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in IT production support or equivalent.
• ITIL/ITSM knowledge or experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support application components and infrastructure to prevent production incidents.
• Fulfill requests within SLAs and drive operational excellence.
• Onboard monitoring tools and automate where possible in collaboration with engineers.
• Provide status updates and technical details to management in meetings.
• Develop procedures for troubleshooting and incident resolution.
