The position involves leading production support across Informatica, SQL Server, Oracle, and Unix platforms, monitoring with Dynatrace and Splunk, and managing batch workflows with Autosys, Quartz, or Airflow.

Qualifications

• 4 to 10 years of production support experience in financial services, preferably with regulatory reporting environments.
• Strong Unix/Linux and Windows operating system expertise.
• Proficiency in SQL and Oracle databases.
• Experience with shell scripting, Python and Perl.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring/observability tools like Dynatrace and Splunk.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production support activities across platforms including Informatica, MS SQL Server, Oracle, and Unix-based systems.
• Monitor health, availability and performance of production apps using Dynatrace and Splunk.
• Manage batch scheduling and orchestration with Autosys, Quartz or Airflow.
• Own incidents end-to-end: triage, root-cause analysis, resolution, stakeholder communication and recurrence prevention.
• Support core production services: incident & problem management, change & configuration management, and capacity & availability management.

What's the Job?
