Qualifications

• 4 to 10 years of production support experience within financial services.
• Strong technical proficiency in Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Proficiency with SQL and Oracle databases.
• Experience with shell scripting, Python, and Perl.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring/observability tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production support activities across platforms including Informatica, MS SQL Server, Oracle, and Unix-based systems.
• Monitor and maintain health, availability, and performance of production applications using Dynatrace and Splunk.
• Manage batch scheduling and orchestration using Autosys, Quartz, or Airflow.
• Own incidents end-to-end, including triage, root-cause analysis, resolution, and stakeholder communication.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials.
